Immediate

Fractional LOI Sales Lead (Commission-First)

Own outbound to nurseries, landscape companies, and restaurant groups. You'll run discovery calls, shepherd prospects through our revenue-share model, and secure signed LOIs that unlock our pilot container footprint.

  • 5–7% commission on closed LOIs; hourly retainer optional after trial
  • Bonus equity (0.1–0.25%) for sustained performance
  • Tools: Airtable, Loom, Google Workspace

Immediate

Startup Legal Advisor (LOI & Partner Agreements)

We need a flexible attorney to keep our LOIs tight, advise on revenue-sharing language, and prepare us for facility leases & vendor contracts. Food/ag, climate, or startup GC experience is a plus.

  • Flat-fee or hourly (capped) engagements welcomed
  • Availability for 48-hour turnarounds on redlines
  • Happy to collaborate async in Google Docs & Slack

Near-Term (Q1 2026)

Growth & Referral Specialist (Contract)

Build & optimize our referral engine, email cadences, and lightweight paid tests to keep the LOI funnel full. If you live in Google Sheets dashboards and love measuring upticks from scrappy experiments, let's talk.
